Shop owner was super responsive and accommodating. I wanted a very specific design, three separate images that wrapped around the bell and they were able to do this with ease. I believe my order shipped out the same night I ordered it! Everything was fast and seamless. When it arrived it felt like great quality and I know the person I’m gifting it to will LOVE it.
