Shop owner was super responsive and accommodating. I wanted a very specific design, three separate images that wrapped around the bell and they were able to do this with ease. I believe my order shipped out the same night I ordered it! Everything was fast and seamless. When it arrived it felt like great quality and I know the person I’m gifting it to will LOVE it. While perusing etsy, trying to find the right custom gift I came across this seller. I thought what a great seller name as it my biker name is Voodoo, must be meant to be right? So I bought the bell late Saturday evening around 6pm, sent a message with the image and words I wanted and I wasn’t expecting a reply until Monday. To my surprise, this seller messaged about 11pm Saturday with the proof to approve and by Sunday it was done and shipped out on Monday! The bell is perfect, the custom drawing is perfect, and the customer service was phenomenal! 10 out of 10 recommend!
